Recycling Information

Scio Township encourages recycling to reduce landfill deposits and to contribute to environmental health.  However, placing improper objects in a recycling bin can do more harm than good. Please follow these simple rules:

Scio Township participates in “single stream” recycling. This means all your recyclable materials go in a single bin together. The recycling center will separate the different types of materials.
