The Loch Alpine Sanitary Authority is not a Scio Township utility.  It is a separate authority jointly operated by Scio Township and Webster Township. LASA is a board of seven people, three appointed by each the Webster Township Board and the Scio Township Board and one representing the Loch Alpine Improvement Association (LAIA).  Scio Township representatives are: Supervisor Jillian Kerry, Clerk Jessica Flintoft and Treasurer Ryan Yaple, a Scio Township and Loch Alpine resident.
